Shirlene is the Co-Owner of Botanical Funerals by Ian Allison. A family run company that actively supports Suicide Prevention Australia.
Shirlene’s down to earth nature and professionalism led her to the national finals of Miss Universe Australia and was chosen as a runway Model for the Foxtel TV series, Project Runway Australia. She has also represented numerous respected brands through print campaigns, parades, showings and TV commercials for the likes of Dior, Fendi, Crown Hotels, Samsung, Uniqlo, Bonds, Myer, Bendon, Target, Vivo and Realestate.com.
THE CREATIVE SIDE
The creative pursuit was established at a very young age. Winning at the age of eight, a design a stamp competition for Australia Post which set her on good grounds for a future in the arts. With four years of study in Graphic Design and Illustrations, Shirlene has managed to freelance the past 15 years working with clients from a wide variety of industries. From designing for Volvo Melbourne, Canadian Club, Coco Productions, Ambulance Victoria to numerous small businesses.
A MUM ON THE RUN
Behind the scenes, Shirlene keeps busy as a mum to two active young children, Isla and Kai. As the Author of ‘Child Modelling | A Parent’s Guide’ the goal is to inform parents with professional industry advice on the child modelling industry.
